Welcome to Timbly Avenue. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our store.

1. About Timbly Avenue

3. Products & pet safety

All products sold by Timbly Avenue are intended for use with pets under appropriate human supervision. Product descriptions, sizing guides, and usage recommendations are provided to the best of our knowledge. It is your responsibility to:

  • Ensure any product purchased is appropriate for your specific pet's breed, size, age, and health condition
  • Consult a licensed veterinarian before using any health-related, supplement, or therapeutic product on your pet
  • Supervise your pet when using any toy, harness, collar, or accessory purchased from our store

Timbly Avenue is not liable for any injury, illness, or harm to your pet resulting from misuse, improper fit, or failure to follow product instructions.

4. Orders & pricing

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items at the listed price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of stock.

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice
  • We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed
  • Order confirmation emails do not constitute final acceptance — acceptance occurs when your order is shipped
  • We reserve the right to limit order quantities per customer or household

5. Payments

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through Shopify Payments. By providing your payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

Any attempt to use stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods will result in immediate order cancellation, permanent account suspension, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

6. Shipping & delivery

We aim to process and ship all orders within the timeframes stated on our shipping page. Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Timbly Avenue is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at timblysupport@uzorah.store and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

7. Returns & refunds

Our full Return Policy is available on our website and is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. In summary:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition
  • Return shipping is covered by Timbly Avenue for eligible returns
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return
  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned outside the return window are not eligible for a refund

8. Chargeback & dispute policy

We are committed to resolving any issue you have with your order fairly and promptly. Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, we strongly encourage you to contact us first at timblysupport@uzorah.store — most issues are resolved within 1–2 business days.

Fraudulent chargebacks — where a dispute is filed after an order has been received, used, or where a return was already approved — constitute chargeback fraud. We maintain detailed records of all orders, tracking information, communications, and delivery confirmations. In cases of fraudulent disputes, we will submit full evidence to the payment processor and reserve the right to permanently ban the customer from our store and pursue recovery through applicable legal channels.

Legitimate chargebacks for undelivered or significantly misrepresented items are always respected and will never be disputed by us.

9. Reviews & user content

We welcome honest reviews and feedback about our products and store. By submitting a review, you confirm that:

  • The review is based on your genuine first-hand experience with the product
  • You have not been offered payment, free products, or any other incentive in exchange for a positive review
  • The content does not contain false, misleading, defamatory, or offensive material

Submitting fake, incentivized, or malicious reviews is a violation of these Terms and may violate FTC guidelines and applicable consumer protection law. We monitor all reviews for authenticity. Accounts found submitting fraudulent reviews will be permanently suspended and their reviews removed.

10. Reselling & commercial use

Products purchased from Timbly Avenue are intended for personal use only. You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any products purchased from our store without prior written permission
  • Purchase products in bulk quantities for the purpose of resale on any platform, including Amazon, eBay, or social media marketplaces
  • Misrepresent Timbly Avenue products or brand in any commercial activity

We monitor order patterns and reserve the right to cancel orders or close accounts that appear to be purchasing for unauthorized resale purposes.

11. Account conduct & store monitoring

To maintain a safe and fair shopping environment for all customers, Timbly Avenue actively monitors store activity, including but not limited to order patterns, account behavior, review submissions, and payment activity.

The following behaviors will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action:

  • Fraudulent payment or chargeback abuse
  • Submitting false, fake, or incentivized reviews
  • Attempting to manipulate pricing, promotions, or discount codes
  • Unauthorized bulk purchasing for resale
  • Harassment of staff or other customers
  • Any activity intended to damage or disrupt the Timbly Avenue store or brand

12. Intellectual property

All content on the Timbly Avenue store — including product images, descriptions, logos, brand name, and store design — is the property of Timbly Avenue and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our explicit written permission. Unauthorized use of our brand assets or content may result in legal action.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Timbly Avenue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our store or products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

If you are located outside the United States, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Wyoming courts for the purpose of resolving any dispute with Timbly Avenue.
