Free Shipping
All orders are shipped free of charge, worldwide, with no minimum order value required.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. A shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be issued upon dispatch.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email upon dispatch. Customers are advised to allow up to 3-5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update. For tracking inquiries beyond this window, customers may contact our support team with their order number.
Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Orders
In the event that an order is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, customers are entitled to a full reship or refund at no additional cost, subject to the following:
- Damaged orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence.
- Lost or undelivered orders must be reported after the estimated delivery window has passed. Our team will investigate with the carrier and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe.
Customs & Import Duties
For international shipments, customs fees or import duties may be assessed by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are outside our control and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend reviewing your local customs regulations prior to placing an order.
