Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we're here to make it right.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging with all tags and accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Free return shipping

We cover the cost of return shipping on all eligible returns. Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days. Simply pack your item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier location.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.


Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you — no return required in most cases.
The same goes for items not delivered after the estimated delivery period, full refunds will be issued with no additional costs to you and with no questions asked.


Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items returned after the 14-day window
  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Final sale or clearly marked non-returnable items

How to start a return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at timblysupport@uzorah.store with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1 business day to guide you through the process.

We review every return request individually and will always do our best to find a fair resolution for you.
